Job Description:
The Business Development & Marketing Manager should be aggressive as well as creative in his marketing and sales approach in acquiring new clients, increasing business and boosting sales. The Business Development Manager’s role will require superb sales, new business and account management capabilities. Reporting directly to the Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all of your targets while building a formidable relationship with acquired clients. Effective relationship management with existing clients is as important as generating new business.
Essential Skills:
- Aggressive and Energetic in marketing & business development
- Strong English communication and articulation – verbal and written
- Must be well-organized with a professional appearance and persona
- Ability to interact with CXO, Marketing Head, Director level personnel

- Working long hours, especially under tight deadlines
