We appreciate your decision to engage with Thoughtful and value your trust in our services. In the event that you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason, we kindly request you to familiarize yourself with our refund policy outlined below.

Before proceeding with any payment, we strongly urge you to thoroughly read and understand our refund policy. It is essential for us, as a Branding, Design & Digital Marketing Agency, to maintain clear communication and adherence to our policies for the benefit of both parties involved.

Thoughtful operates as a professional business entity, and we expect our clients to comprehend and respect our policies. Our primary objective is to provide exceptional value to our clients for their financial investment. To achieve this goal, we rely on timely payments to cover our expenses and sustain our operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

By engaging with Thoughtful for our services, you are legally bound by the terms of this refund and cancellation policy. We kindly request you to comply with our policies throughout our engagement.

Projects involving Logo Design, Branding, Web Design, UI-UX Design, Films, Animation, Content Development, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Internet Marketing, Design/Web design/Digital Marketing, and development require substantial resources, time, and internal expenses. Once a payment or deposit is made, it becomes non-refundable. In the event of a project cancellation, delay, or postponement initiated by the client, the full amount paid will be retained by Thoughtful. Additionally, if applicable, the client will be invoiced an additional cost for any work exceeding the initially compensated amount. Please note that no exceptions will be made to this policy.

Payments for Design, Development, or any of our services are non-refundable, irrespective of any fees paid in advance. Our refund policy is strictly enforced once a payment or deposit is made.

Setup fees are directly associated with the expenses incurred by Thoughtful during the initial phase of any Branding, Conceptualization, Design, Development, or Internet Marketing campaigns. As such, these fees are non-refundable.

Should a client initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card company, all services and/or projects provided by Thoughtful will be temporarily suspended. In certain cases, any completed work will be reversed without prior notice. Additionally, the client will be invoiced for the chargeback fee. Outstanding balances resulting from chargeback’s must be settled in full before services can be restored, files delivered, or any further work can commence. Should you encounter any billing issues, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance. Our team will be more than willing to provide the necessary support.

It is important to note that initiating a chargeback or dispute for a legitimate charge from Thoughtful is considered fraudulent behavior. Chargeback’s are never acceptable methods, neither legally nor ethically, for obtaining a refund. Our legal team will vigorously contest any disputes with substantial evidence from our records.

All payments made for a domain, SSL certificate, and hosting services, whether for the current or previous months, are non-refundable. Web hosting accounts are established upon order placement and are allocated specific server resources based on the purchased plan.

In the event that a client opens a hosting account but does not utilize it, payment will still be required. Hosting billing cycles continue until we receive a written cancellation notice from the client.

Account Suspension Accounts with hosting payments that are 15 days overdue will be subject to suspension. If hosting has been paid in advance for up to 12 months and is cancelled before the expiration date, a refund will be issued for the remaining unused months.

Thoughtful reserves the right to disable and/or terminate a user’s account, services, or contract if a user is found to be in violation of our terms and policies. Please note that termination resulting from policy violations will not be eligible for a refund.
