We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing & Sales Associate to join our India team. This individual will contribute directly to driving new client acquisition, nurturing existing relationships, and supporting the business development pipeline.
Role Overview
As a Marketing & Sales Associate – India Operations, you will be responsible for identifying new client opportunities, executing marketing and sales strategies, and managing client relationships. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role demands creativity, persistence, and strong communication skills to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Indian market.
- Drive outreach efforts through networking, social platforms, calls, and meetings.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand business with existing clients.
Sales Execution & Client Engagement
- Deliver presentations and effectively communicate the value of Thoughtful’s branding and design solutions.
- Meet sales targets while developing meaningful and long-term client relationships.
- Maintain a well-organized pipeline and track all sales activity.
Relationship Management & Support
- Build rapport with decision-makers such as Marketing Directors and Heads of Companies.
- Foster trust through timely communication and exceptional professionalism.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information, activities, and status updates.
- Track progress toward sales goals and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in a branding or design agency with a focus on marketing and sales.
- Strong English communication and articulation skills (verbal and written).
- Energetic, well-organized, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle sales pressure and meet aggressive targets.

Compensation
- Base Salary: ₹20,000/month
- Benefits: Mobile plan and conveyance at actuals
- Incentives: High-performance incentive structure based on sales
Travel Requirements
- Travel within India for meetings and events as required.
- A personal motorcycle is mandatory for in-person client visits.

- Monday to Saturday
- Time: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
