As we expand our presence in India, we are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing & Sales Manager to drive our client acquisition and brand growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on results, builds strong relationships, and understands the nuances of the Indian market.
Role Overview
As the Marketing & Sales Manager – India Operations, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, driving marketing initiatives, and cultivating long-term relationships with Indian brands and companies. Your dual focus will be on executing data-driven marketing campaigns and converting leads into high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify and research prospective Indian clients across industries needing branding, design, and digital services.
Execute outreach via social media, cold calls, email campaigns, trade events, and networking platforms like LinkedIn.
Qualify leads, engage key decision-makers, and manage a consistent lead funnel.
Brand Pitching & Conversion
Deliver compelling brand presentations customized to client needs and industry verticals.
Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, estimates, and solution strategies.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing and onboarding.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) targeting Indian markets.
Oversee SEO, performance marketing, social media, content, and email outreach aligned to brand awareness and lead generation.
Monitor campaign ROI, optimize performance, and maintain competitive visibility.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for Indian clients, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
Drive client growth through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive support.
Partner with delivery and creative teams to ensure project success and high client retention.
Reporting & CRM Management
Track, analyze, and report on sales KPIs, lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM, ensuring a clear pipeline and communication history.
Stay ahead of market trends, competitive insights, and business opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication (MBA/PGDM preferred).
4–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business development within a branding, design, or digital agency.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, Zoho CRM).
Deep understanding of Indian business culture, B2B buying behavior, and regional diversity.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.

Compensation
Base Salary: ₹40,000/month
Benefits: Mobile plan, conveyance at actuals

Travel Requirements
Travel within India for meetings and events as required.
A personal motorcycle is mandatory for in-person client visits.
