As we expand our presence in India, we are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing & Sales Manager to drive our client acquisition and brand growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on results, builds strong relationships, and understands the nuances of the Indian market.


Role Overview

As the Marketing & Sales Manager – India Operations, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, driving marketing initiatives, and cultivating long-term relationships with Indian brands and companies. Your dual focus will be on executing data-driven marketing campaigns and converting leads into high-value clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify and research prospective Indian clients across industries needing branding, design, and digital services.

  • Execute outreach via social media, cold calls, email campaigns, trade events, and networking platforms like LinkedIn.

  • Qualify leads, engage key decision-makers, and manage a consistent lead funnel.

Brand Pitching & Conversion

  • Deliver compelling brand presentations customized to client needs and industry verticals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, estimates, and solution strategies.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing and onboarding.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) targeting Indian markets.

  • Oversee SEO, performance marketing, social media, content, and email outreach aligned to brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Monitor campaign ROI, optimize performance, and maintain competitive visibility.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Indian clients, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.

  • Drive client growth through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive support.

  • Partner with delivery and creative teams to ensure project success and high client retention.

Reporting & CRM Management

  • Track, analyze, and report on sales KPIs, lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance.

  • Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM, ensuring a clear pipeline and communication history.

  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitive insights, and business opportunities.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication (MBA/PGDM preferred).

  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business development within a branding, design, or digital agency.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, Zoho CRM).

  • Deep understanding of Indian business culture, B2B buying behavior, and regional diversity.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: ₹40,000/month

  • Benefits: Mobile plan, conveyance at actuals

  • Incentives: High-growth commission structure based on lead conversions and project value


Travel Requirements

  • Travel within India for meetings and events as required.

  • A personal motorcycle is mandatory for in-person client visits.


Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday

  • Time: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
