As part of our digital marketing team, we are looking to onboard a data-driven and strategic SEO Specialist who is passionate about search, rankings, and user experience.

Role Overview

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve SERP rankings, and enhance brand visibility. You will collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are effectively implemented across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Keyword Research: Use tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush to identify strategic keywords.
Competitor Analysis: Evaluate competitor strategies, backlinks, content strengths, and SERP presence.
Content Optimization: Optimize meta tags, headers, and on-page content for relevance and search intent.
On-Page Optimization: Implement internal linking, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup.
Off-Page Optimization & Link Building: Build authoritative backlinks through white-hat techniques.
Microblogging & Blogging: Maintain microblogs and update blog content regularly.
SERP Monitoring: Track keyword rankings with tools like SERPWatcher and Rank Tracker.
Reputation Management: Manage brand mentions and reviews on Google and Yelp.
Technical SEO: Conduct audits and resolve crawl, indexing, and speed issues using Screaming Frog.
Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics and Search Console to track KPIs.
Local SEO: Optimize listings and ensure NAP consistency.
Voice Search Optimization: Focus on natural language queries.
Structured Data: Implement schema markup for rich snippets.
Content Collaboration: Guide writers on SEO best practices in content creation.

Qualifications & Experience

3–5 years of proven SEO experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and basic HTML/CSS knowledge for publishing blogs and articles.
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines.

Compensation

Base Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month (based on experience)

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (IST)
